George Aneed is a rock band founded in Detroit, MI as splinters of other bands from the area came together for writing sessions. As the sessions expanded the group formed under front man George Aneed’s name. The band officially came together in 2017 and immediately hit the stage playing alongside acts like Danny Worsnop (Asking Alexandria) and Uncle Kracker and playing festivals all over Michigan. In the pandemic year of 2021 the band entered the studio to cut their first record at Rustbelt studios in Royal Oak Michigan. The album was produced by Steve Lehane and George Aneed. Todd Tyrell was added to the band to take over guitar in late 2021. “We feel Todd really is the complete package when it comes to guitar players and he fit the band like a glove” says GA front man George Aneed. New material is slated for release in 2022.
