Originally written for and released by previous band “Wreckage Aid Society”, the song “Spin The Bottle” tells a story of the struggles of dealing with deteriorating mental health and addiction/dependency, specifically alcohol related. It explores the different thoughts, feelings and events occurring during the struggle as well as the relationship with alcohol through the imagery of people. By acknowledging these things and giving them an identity, they could be seen, confronted and ultimately conquered.
